修复windows服务McpManagementService描述错误15100

描述读取失败是因为文件McpManagementService.dll中没有嵌入特定的字符串资源。

而服务的注册表设置指向了两个不存在的字符串资源，McpManagementService.dll,-100 与McpManagementService.dll,-101

修复步骤：

1、打开注册表编辑器  开始-运行-regedit

2、在注册表编辑器中进入以下路径

计算机\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\McpManagementService

3、将 DisplayName 和 Description 的数值数据修改为 Universal Print Management Service

4、关闭注册表编辑器，重启电脑
